Instructions

things you'll need:

  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. witch hazel
  • 1 tbsp. avocado
  • 1 tbsp. banana
  • 1/8 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. vitamin E oil
  • 1 tbsp. brewer's yeast
    • 1
Make a facial scrub for rough skin by combining 1 tsp. of sugar with 1 tsp. of honey. Sugar contains glycolic acid to repair damaged skin and smooth roughness, while honey helps skin hold in needed moisture for softness.
    • 2
Combine 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. of witch hazel with 1 cup of water to make a toner for oily skin. Apple cider vinegar will clear blemishes and balance your skin's pH levels, while witch hazel will absorb excess oil.

Mash 1 tbsp. of a ripe avocado and combine it with 1 tbsp. of a ripe banana to make a mask for dry skin. Apply it to your face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. Avocados have more natural oils than any other fruit and bananas are full of vitamin A, which helps to regulate and enhance sebum production for soft and moisturized skin.

Create an antiaging night treatment by applying 1/8 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil and 1/8 tsp. of pure vitamin E oil to the face before bed. The olive oil will clarify and moisturize the skin, while the vitamin E oil will repair free-radical damage and boost cell regeneration for younger-looking skin.

Purge pores of impurities with an antiblemish facial mask consisting of 1 tbsp. of brewer's yeast and 1/2 tbsp. of water. Apply the paste to your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse. Brewer's yeast contains B vitamins and chromium, which clarify the skin.
